The tasks central to the work of CYMFed in forming and serving youth ministry in England and Wales are: giving youth ministry a strong voice in the Church and wider society; working on projects, training and events with its members and others; developing and strengthening the direction of Catholic youth ministry.
Charitable funding and generous benefactors allows us to undertake this work and we are thankful that we have the encouragement of supporters keeping us on track.
We ask you to think about and to pray for Catholic Youth Ministry in England and Wales; everything we have comes to us as a gift from God, for which we are profoundly thankful.
To develop further the work of CYMFed there is a need to generate additional funds each year and so we ask you to consider supporting CYMFed financially by joining our ‘ONE POUND A WEEK’ scheme.

The work of CYMFed are projects that are important to the life of the Church in England and Wales and paint a picture of a vibrant national Church, experienced in diverse and distinct ways – affirming the place of young people in the Church and affirming, too, the place of the Church in society.
Our fundraising challenge is ambitious, especially with so many more worthy causes rightly competing for funding. We ask you to be generous in your support.
CYMFed is very appreciative for the time you spend reflecting on Youth Ministry, your prayers for our work and any financial gift.
