To kick off 2020, over 100 young volunteers from Catholic Residential Retreat Centres across the country gathered at The Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick for the annual Teams’ Conference.
The theme of the conference was ‘The God Who Speaks’ to mark this year’s Year of the Word with Fr Paul Farren from the Diocese of Derry as keynote speaker.
Many young people up and down the country give a year of their life, or even more, as volunteers at Retreat Centres and in Mission Teams, spreading the joy of the Gospel to thousands of young people.
